Kentucky State Park National Trail Day
Saturday, June 01, 2013Kentucky State Parks will take part in National Trails Day on June 1 with events across the state to recognize the excellent hiking opportunities at state parks. Falls of the Ohio Summer Day Camps (June-July)
Monday, June 03, 2013Young Explorer Day Camps for grades 4-6 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. June 3-7, fee $125June 24-28, July 23-26, June 17-21, July 1-5. Various fees.
Teen Archaeologist Day Camp –for children ages 11-15 July 11-13, Thursday and Friday, 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. and Saturday 9:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. Various fees.
Young Paleontologist Camp –1) Children are between 12 - 16 years old as of July 1.
The child/adult’s registration form must include a hand-written paragraph explaining why the child wants to attend. Fee: $150 -- July 16-18, Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Day camps are sponsored by The Falls of the Ohio Foundation and State Park Interpretive Center. Falls CityCorvette Club Cruises (thru sept)
