Mike Cummins - Special Events, Remotes and Sales

 

Mike Cummins says...I was born and raised in Louisville, KY, I loved radio, had my own radio station in my basement at the age of 14 and did 3 - 7pm every summer! My mother thought I was crazy. Now I reside in Glendale, KY and own the Whistle Stop Restaurant with my wife Lynn. I still use my voice part time though! 1 - to holler out orders, and 2 - to do part time sales and on air work at 103.5 WAKY! I love this station, getting out and doing live remotes and meeting all the great people that love the great music that make WAKY 103.5 the best station there is! "Back in the Day" I hung out at the Legendary Big 79 WAKY and WLRS in Louisville and was their gofer! I also did some TV and a lot of public address work. Radio is so much fun and for me...my favorite pastime! So, make sure and watch for me at all station events! As for the new WAKY 103.5...it doesn't get any better than that!
