My wife and I absolutely love WAKY. Though we can't always receive the signal here in Central KY, I am in the Louisville/Shelbyville area quite often and always listen to WAKY. I know that radio has changed greatly in recent years. Thank you for keeping the WAKY spirit alive! By the way, I loved hearing Johnny Randolph's interview with Paul Penny.(Any chance on interviewing other local legends? Mason Lee Dixon; Louie Lange and/or Mike Gibson of the Monarchs; Cosmo; Johnny Hourigan; George Poole, etc.?) Paul mentioned a number of old photos taken with such legends as the late Jumpin' Jack Sanders. Could those be posted on your website? Again, thanks for ALL you do to make radio fun again. Please keep up the great work.

It was one hot summer day when I discovered WAKY. I was swimming out in my pool and was searching for something on the radio to listen to. It was then, that I discovered that WAKY was back on the air. I thought at first perhaps I had gone through a time warp. Anyway, I am glad its back. It reminds me of my younger days. And I LOVE IT!
